  • No previous refund requests have been made on your account
  • Digital materials haven't been downloaded or extensively accessed
  • Account must be in good standing with no policy violations
  • Original payment method is still valid and accessible

Day 3-5

If approved, refund is initiated to your original payment method. Processing begins immediately.

Funds appear in your account. Actual timing depends on your bank's processing schedule.

Refund Scenarios

Standard Program Refunds

If you've enrolled in one of our budgeting courses and decide it's not the right fit within the first two weeks, you can request a full refund. We'll process it without asking too many questions, as long as you meet the basic eligibility requirements.

  • Full refund available within 14 days of purchase
  • Access to course materials will be revoked upon refund approval
  • Any certificates or credentials earned will be invalidated

Technical Issues

Sometimes technology fails us. If you've experienced persistent technical problems that prevented you from accessing the program content, we'll work with you to find a solution. And yes, that might include a refund.

  • Must report technical issues within 7 days of occurrence
  • Our support team will attempt to resolve the issue first
  • Refund approved if issue remains unresolved after reasonable effort

Duplicate Purchases

Accidentally purchased the same program twice? It happens. We'll refund the duplicate charge immediately once we verify the double purchase.

  • Automatic approval for genuine duplicate transactions
  • Must be reported within 30 days of duplicate purchase
  • One program enrollment will remain active

Non-Refundable Items

Some things can't be returned once they're used. It's like trying to return a half-eaten sandwich. Here's what doesn't qualify for refunds:

  • One-on-one consultation sessions that have already occurred
  • Downloadable templates and resources after they've been accessed
  • Programs completed beyond the 25% threshold
  • Promotional or discounted purchases obtained through special offers
  • Gift purchases made on behalf of another person

Payment Methods & Processing

Credit & Debit Cards

Refunds to credit and debit cards typically appear within 5-10 business days. The exact timing depends on your card issuer's processing schedule. You'll see it as a credit on your statement.

PayPal

PayPal refunds are usually processed within 3-5 business days. The funds will return to your PayPal balance, and you'll receive notification from both halcytoriva and PayPal.

Bank Transfer

Direct bank transfer refunds take 7-10 business days to process. We'll need your current banking details to ensure the refund reaches the correct account.

Alternative Payment Methods

For other payment methods, refund timing varies. We'll work with you to determine the fastest processing route based on how you originally paid.

Important Considerations

  • Refund requests must come from the original purchaser. We verify this by matching the email address on file with your account.
  • If you received the program as a gift, the refund will be processed to the original purchaser's payment method, not yours.
  • Partial refunds aren't available for bundled programs. You either keep the bundle or return the whole thing.
  • Currency exchange rate fluctuations may result in slight variations between the original charge and refund amount for international transactions.
  • We reserve the right to deny refund requests that violate our terms of service or show patterns of abuse.
  • Account suspension or termination due to policy violations forfeits eligibility for refunds on current and past purchases.
